Good day;

We have been submitting the Fica documents for the past 5 months, everytime ther is some or other story regarding this, either it was not received or an ID is unclear or this or that.
Viwe tried to assist me, and then Malba well to a certain extent.

All these documents was sent to them numerous times. Account is still not fica'd, but needs to be paid. I am at a point where I want to stop paying the account as this is absolutely nonsense!
