Iflora: No delivery, ever

I ordered online the 7th of February for a delivery the day after and 1 week later still nothing.
I have been trying to contact them every single day since but no answer (email, telephone).
Payment, on the other hand, is working fine: I lost R500!
Avoid this website before wasting time and money.
