Still waiting

I placed an order with furniture city on 30/11/2012, most of the items were out of stock, so i told them to cancell those items (27/12/2012) and deliver the items that there was stock of, Bradley told me that it would take a week for the contract to be cancelled and he would get someone to phone me to come and sign. I am still waiting for this to happen. I would like my furniture. As for the staff members at Boksburg... leaves alot to be desired, but if a manager has a "could not care less attitude" then the staff must follow suit, I suggest that you fire all the staff at this branch, starting with Bradley (Branch manager).
