I laid a complaint about the treatment I got at the furniture city, Cresta branch about poor customer service and failure to deliver the goods. Arusha from head office really ran around trying to assist me, she would update me every day and was really friendly. She reported my case to the regional manager and he was really helpful, we then opted to purchase the goods via the Northgate branch and I am really amazed with the treatment my husband got. Thank you very much Arusha, regional manager and the Northgate store manager.
