I went into Foschini Northgate on 3rd September to exchange a pair of boots I bought for my wife for mother's day. Firstly they did not want to assist me because I did not have the box and I requested to speak to the manager who said that they can't assist as I need to go to the branch where I made the purchase and I asked if they could call Maponya Mall branch and get the info from them then I'll come back the following day for feedback. I came back the next day and they advice they called Maponya and they could not give them the transaction number and details of the purchase so they could not assist me at Northgate. I requested Maponya number from the consultant and called them and spoke to the manager at Maponya who was very helpful and said no one from Northgate called them and as soon as they do they will give the details they need. The manager at Northgate called me a day later to say I can come in as she will do the credit back on my account when I got to the store she was not at work and did not advice anyone in the store of what needs to be done. Until now I have not received my credit or even an apology from anyone at Northgate. The service is disgusting at Northgate.
