I returned a faulty Morphy Richards Tower fan to President Hyper on Saturday 03 February 2013 which was one of 2 fans that i gave to my Son for Christmas. I spoke to Tony the store manager and he indicated that they can not refund me cause it was not in its original package even though i had the cash slip. I was told 2 days before that they will refund me due to no stocks. Tony told me to leave my details at the help desk and he will come back to me on Monday letting me know what arrangements they made. Its Friday now and no response from Tony. Tony made a joke if i was not a Blue Bull supporter he would have helped me. (me and my son had both Blue Bulls T-shirts on) We all laugh about it but i starting to take it serious now that maybe it was no joke. I really need to know whats going to happen. It cost me R449.00 a fan and its used as a pair in my son's lounge which means i wasted just under a R1000.00 if we don't resolved this problem. I strongly feel if Tony is a professional in his field he would have sorted out the problem already as he have promissed. The fan worked for a month and i had prove of payment. We are regular customers and i spend alot of money in this store.
