Overcharge

I bought a pair of shoes at Rage Liberty Mall in PMB, When I wore the shoes at home i noticed the straps were not very tight as I needed them to be so I went to Rage Edendale mall to have them exchanged. The lady that assisted me was so helpful, I opted for another make of shoes wich costed slightly more that the one i bought initially. On my way home she gave me a call on her cellphone to let me know that they had mistakenly charged me extra and I should come and collect the R30 surplus. She was so polite and professional. I would like to thank her for her great service.
