On 7 January I phoned the call centre to return my shoes I received the previous day because it s to small. they did send the couriers to pick it up a few days later and In this week I've send an email to [Email Removed] to follow up on my query and I'm still waiting for Zando to come back to me to tell me when will my money be credited back into my ebucks account...
