Bought my first pair of shoes through Zando and phoned that same day to have them returned. Advertising on the website says FREE exchange. 2 days after I logged that I would like to return my parcel, the collected it and after sending emails regarding my refund they only paid back what the shoes wore advertised for. The delivery and COD handling fee was withheld. This is really pathetic, as they advertise that you can exchange goods free of charge within 14 days and still I had to wait for the R100 to be paid into my account. This is daylight. If I had exchanged the goods while the courier was here, would they still have charged me R50??? And secondly, the money is paid into my account, which means I now still have to pay banking fees and ZANDO has the cheek to then still charge R10 for COD payments?? This is not fair!!! Maybe the customers should also start asking for handling fees on their returns. This is the last time I will be purchasing anything from ZANDO and I certainly won't recommend them to anyone.
