Poor Service

This afternoon we visited the Knowles Super Spar in Pinetown, we went to the coffee shop, for a bite to eat, we ordered Apple Custard Danish Slices, our waitress Lingile, informed us she would have to get these from the bakery, when she arrived she gave us products that clearly were not today's bake, the product was flat and soggy, and the filling had a rancid taste, we called her over and informed her, she insisted that they had been baked today and removed them from the table, she made no attempt to go find fresh products to replace what she had removed from us, neither were we asked if we wanted anything else and least of all should we expect an apology. not a thing the entire bunch of staff stood by the till point talking amongst themselves, while the supervisor sat at a table in the corner talking on her cell phone.
