Off Apple Crumble

On Sunday we purchased an Apple Crumble tart from Spar. We did this as I believe that Spar has THE best Apple Crumble tarts I've ever tasted. My husband and I and 2 of our guests were the only ones who ate of the tart. On Monday only the 4 of us were ill with running tummies and nausea. No one else got sick and that was the only thing the 4 of us ate together. We had it with custard but the others had the same custard over their Malva dessert and they were fine. Please advise.
