Middelburg store refused to give me a refund

Good day today i went for a refund on a yellow skirt that i bought so i got a size38 when i first bought it, when i got home the skirt was too big as i couldnt fit at the store, went to get a size 36 but they did not have on stock, i went for a refund with the slip because the skirt has a red sticker they told me that they cant refund the items on the red sticker but to my surprise they said i should wait for the manager as the lady refused to refund me, i was hoping to get more information regarding this matter if its true that they dont refund sale, because it wasnt wrote on the slip, please call or send me an email adress on goodness.khutso.mathibela@gmail.com or contact me on 0725038105
