BAD BAD BAD SERVICE! DISHONESTY

We ordered clothing with our logo to be embroided on. It was suppose to take 1 week, after 3 weeks still no clothing (We needed this clothing for a corporate day - they knew that and still assured me it would be finised, needless to say, it wasn't finished in time). No communication from their side. When the clothing was done (EVENTUALLY), they refused to deliver clothing without acc settled in FULL (After I have paid deposit)-we tried to argue that i first need to see that all the clothing was like I ordered - with correct logo etc. Tom Ross Fortuin had a go at me and the threw phone down in my ear - saying that there is nothing he can do, it is company policy FULL STOP. After receiving the garments (WITH FULL PAYMENT MADE) we noticed they printed another company's logo on OUR clothing, then they tried to rectify it by printing a seperate lable and stitching it over the wrong lable - IT LOOKS HORRIBLE!!! We tried to phone Tom Ross numerous times, but no answer. When he actually does answer the one time, he promises to phone back (because he is SO busy), but never does. It has been a month now...
