No Service

There is no customer service at all. They keep debiting your account numerous times in a month. Premiums increase with no written consent. They don't respond to emails. The app and WhatsApp system are not effective. It is a real challenge to cancel this tracker, which I have to pay for even when I am in credit. This is unethical, and they are the most useless tracking company ever! If this is how you treat clients, what makes you think I'll have faith in you to recover my vehicle or pay out claims should there be any? You will have the same unethical, non-responsive service you have now. Highly not recommended.
