I went to Spar Uitzicht on 21/09/2025 and bought 2 x Strawberry Mallow Strawberry Whippy. One has strawberry in it, and the other one, as you can see, is plain. Because I like strawberry so much, I was very disappointed that the second one didn't have any strawberry in it. It tastes like vanilla. I stopped eating it, as you can see, because the strawberry is not there. I always buy strawberry, so I was mad that the chocolate I like did not have any strawberry in it.

Please find attached the till slip, a copy of the chocolate bought, and a piece of the chocolate showing it is not strawberry. It looks like vanilla.

I hope you can sort it out, as I am not a very happy customer at this moment.
