Good morning,

Please urgently advise on my amount outstanding. As per the unisa website my account reflects an amount of R1280 due for the 15/08. Why have I received a letter advising I owe R2560 payable or my study units will be cancelled.

Should any of my study units be cancelled I will be laying a complaint with the ombud.
