Faulty computer

Good morning,

I purchased a laptop at Cash Converters Parow. When I started using the computer, I noticed that the ports on the sides of the computer do not work, and I can't connect the laptop to any Bluetooth devices. I took the laptop back to the store as I needed it fixed for a work function I was supposed to attend.

I handed in the computer on Friday, and they promised me it would be done before I flew out of Cape Town. However, when I arrived in JHB and was ready to do my presentation, NOTHING had been done to my computer. I still can't connect to Bluetooth devices, and the ports still do not work.

I would like to know what is going to be done about this. Should I take it to a computer company to be fixed at Cash Converters' expense, as the technicians at Cash Converters seem to have no idea what they are doing, or did they lie to me about fixing it? This left me embarrassed at the function and delayed everything until we could get another laptop. I would like this sorted out as soon as possible, please.
