Calipso Computer Shop
His response was "This is South Africa!!! "

I took my computer into Calipso Computer Shop and have been back a few times to enquire as to how much longer the repairs to my computer were going to take. Well first I was told it is in Witbank Branch. The second time I was told it could not be found and they were looking for it. The third time I was told it had been found and would be back in the shop from the Witbank Branch the following week. Today was the fourth time and so this time I sent my brother to collect the computer from the shop. Having been with me the week before and noting that there was screws and covers missing from the computer he asked if they were going to be replaced. Today he my brother) noticed that there were scratches on the framework around the screen. He complained to the Service Assistant about the state of the computer and the scratches that had not been there last week when we went in to have a look at the computer and to ensure that it was now indeed back in the shop. This is South Africa my brother was told... he was shocked. After fetching me to go with him to the shop I gave the Service Assistant a piece of my mind and assured him I will be advertising the service we received.
