WARRANTY NOT HONORED

Be very careful my husband who is a pensioner bought a phone from them for R1200 and it advertises there is a six month warranty, to find out they sold us a phone with a faulty battery and you cannot get one in S.A. When he went in today to get a refund, we were happy to lose monies for the use of it, but when the Chinese Owner/Manager offered us R100, we were blown out of the park. Of course, we did not accept but know now, never to deal with them again as they are dishonest, have no integrity and do not believe in customer satisfaction.
