Whilst not Fuji Express' fault, they take in videos to convert to DVDs, mine have been with Hazel since 10/6/24

My videos submitted to your shop for Hazel to process onto DVDs, for which I have paid upfront R540.00, have still not been returned. There has been no contact from Hazel to explain why it has taken over 5 weeks with no result.
