Needed a gearbox repaired for a very good and long relationship with my customer, long story. Norman said he would help, paid money in, waiting for gearbox, driver got lost, driver 5 minutes away, driver was there at 8 at night, etc. No oil was supplied as promised, and was paid for, will pay me back, okay part not working on gearbox, got new part, paid another company, Norman will pay back, put gearbox in, faulty, now the fun starts, Norman does not answer his phone, mechanic on his way, 5 minutes away, will come the next day with the mechanic to take the gearbox out at 9 in the morning, at 14h00 still no Norman, phone Norman, he said no misunderstood him, must bring the gearbox to him, I phoned him to asked for my money (credit) told me he has spoken to martin already and put the phone down in my ear.
