Not what i expected from Click's :(

I went to Click's Pharmacy this afternoon to look for some over-the-counter medication. Since the was no one on the floor to assist, I went to dispensary for assistance. There I was attended to by a guy who did not have a name tag, wearing a dust coat written 'Pharmacy Assistant' whom I later discovered on my medication bar code to be "Tlou". I greeted him and told him the nature of my enquiry and he proceeded to get medication without asking me any questions. I then asked him several questions to make sure I was getting the right medication. And all my enquiries were responded to with a blank, stiff and unfriendly face that was nodding or shaking of the head to denote a 'No' answer. The only word I heard from him on further questions was an unfriendly 'Yep! ' which was in concurrance to one of my questions.

I really felt unwelcomed at this Pharmacy and the unfriendliness and bad attitute of the Assistant was unexpected as I have received extremely good service from the many Click's pharmacies across the Jo'burg Metro. I'm very dissappointed and really hope that remedial action would be taken to prevent such behaviour from happening again.
