Delivery of Beeld not satisfactory

The person who delivers my Beeld and Rapport just throws it over the wall and there is a specific hole in the wall for my paper.
Either the dog has eaten it by the time I get to it as it is a whole search first of where it landed?? This morning I got a soaked paper as it rained and it was not the first one!!
Who can I contact to tell him where to keave my paper?
