Addition of Paid up indicator to ITC Profile

I have paid up my Sterns account as of October 2012. I have called the TFG call centre many times trying to resolve this and no body has been able to assist me. I have even sent multiple emails and the call centre says they only have one email on record, yet I have many reference numbers. The last correspondence I had was from Sandra De Klerk, who requested the paid up letter, which I had attached in my original email as well as a copy of my transuinon report. The account payment was made with Capital Data, a division of MBD attorneys, which the letterhead even states. Yet i was also requested to send a letter form MBD. All this seems like somebody not handling their work properly and giving customers the run around. Today I spoke to Noma in the customer services departement, who says that the admin department is handling a back log form the 31/01/2013 and that they have requested me to email it again. On the 5th I spoke to Pearl who said that she has found the letter and my account will be updated in 24hrs, which has not been done. These two consultants however were extremly helpful.

I find this kind of service ridiculoous!!!
