Paid up indicator not added to Transunion

I have had my account listed on Transunion, I have settled it in full via the debt collectors and have a paid up letter from them. I have contacted Truworths on many occassion and have submitted my documents multiple times for them to add a paid up indicator to my profile and no response. Each time i call the call centre they put me through to the legal department who advises me to email them my paid up letter, which I do, there is no feedback after this. I have done this more than once and I have tried to contact them via email and my emails go unanswered
