Hi, I bought shoes at you rage store at Mamelodi Mall. On the 3rd of August and on the 12 September the sole came out and I sent a text on Instagram to confirm inform you. I didn’t have a receipt but a proof of transduction from my bank and the original package of the shoes. I went to the store to exchange the shoes instead the rude manager refused to help me and I had to call your customer care my self whom couldn’t help me. I am not happy as customer, why couldn’t your cashier use the transaction date and the amount paid to trace the transaction instead I am being told there is nothing they can do what kind of POS are you using that you can’t trace previous purchases? Your people don’t care whether the customers are happy or not they only take our money and move on. I am very disappointed.
