3 Weeks to Repair TV & No Feedback

I delivered my 39" Hi-Sense TV to Western Cape TV & Appliance Repair Services (WCTV) on Tuesday 19th March 2013 for repairs to the power supply outlet. The technician informed me that I would be contacted within 48 hours with feedback and a quote for the repair.By Monday 25th March I had not heard from WCTV and called to query the status of my repair. Elaine told me that she would call before close of business with feedback. Needless to say, this did not happen but I did receive notification on Tuesday 26th March of the repair cost and a request from WCTV for acceptence to proceed with the repair. The repair was authorised and Elaine informed my wife that the TV would be ready "early next week" (ie 2nd or 3rd April). By this morning at 08:30 I had still not received notification that the TV was ready for collection so called WCTV again. I was then informed that they are "collecting the part today, and that the TV will hopefully be ready early next week". I asked to speak to a Manager but was informed that no-one was available to talk to me. I have asked for a Manager to call me back, but am not hopeful considering the level of service I have received to date. Go to [URL Removed]
