Great service from waitress

On 24 April 2013 I joined my family who celebrated their sons 10th birthday at Spur West Coast Village in Sunningdale Cape Town. I was so happy to be served by Elaine again. She is different in that she is so respectful on a myriad levels. i.e. welcoming, hospitable, genuinely care about the kids, making timely checking up visits at the tables, etc. I'm impressed by the level of professionalism, smile and warmth of Elaine. We visit this outlet quite regularly and always make a wish before hand... which is that Elaine will be our dining assistant... because then the visit would be unforgettable.
