I have recently purchased a radio control helicopter unit from your Store in the Crescent. The unit in question was not functioning properly. I have contact your store for a refund and have been referred to your head office. this is now going on for a week. I am now out of pocket R600.00 for the product and the product is not with me but with your store. I must admit the store manager Nerosh has been quite helpful and your operations manger Desi seemed to understand things from a Customer perspective, In saying this your Accounts Clerk Emily and Finance Guy Brian is of no help to me the customer. I have been told that there is a procedure that needs to be followed which I am quite understanding on but time is money and the more time your head office wastes the longer I am out of pocket. I require a full refund the product and the convenient method for me the customer would be to go back to the store that the purchase was made from and uplift my refund. I would suggest that you get anyone besides the mentioned persons to call me to discuss this matter. As a customer to hear your staff make comments over the phone and call a customer annoying and irritating is not ethical. REFUND??
