Product price difference

Kempton park branch did not have enough stock, staff told us we can get more at the same price from any other Builders stores. Bokshurg branch had more, when we saw the price difference at the till we asked the staff member helping us why it is more expensive because it was a lot cheaper at Kempton park branch. Was told that is the price and he can not help us, not even bothered to find out to help us to find out why there is a big price difference. Lots of people that was waiting to pay so we just paid. Contacted headoffice on Monday to complain... all they say is different store specials... WELL BUILDERS WILL NOT SEE US EVERY AGAIN...
