Builders does not want to sell their stock!!

I am currently in the market for a lawnmower and Trimmer.

Surprisingly enough, the Builders Website does not contain a catalogue. So I phoned the nearest branch, who simply puts me on hold and after a while puts down the phone.

So now I phone head office. Very friedly lady promises to send me full price list the very next day.

The very next day comes and goes, still no price list. So I send builders a message on their website, kindly requesting a price list.

Two days later, still no price list!

Builders - Do you actually want to sell your stock???

Congratulations at this stage, you have successfully lost a customer. You see, MAKRO has a very nice website with all their products, specials and prices. Seems that I will go to Makro to buy my hardware in future...
