Unsatisfied with my smash and grab installed by sound boyz

I had my tint removed and cleaned from my car windows by sound boyz and thereafter they installed smash and grab onto my car windows.a week later i noticed alot of bubbles on the window cause by da dirt between the glass and smash and grab on all my windows which looked very untidy.i took it back to sound boyz.they removed and cleaned the smash and grab from the front passenger window and applied a new one.i asked the man who was installing the smash why are there are bubbles on the rest of the windows, his reply was that theres water in the window and that its flim to glass its not going to be perfect.now my front passenager window it scratched as a result of the removal of the smash and grab and the rest of the windows fill with bubbles and looking very very untidy.i am really unsatisfied.contact keegan cell 0745853122
