I bought a new lounge suite on the 11 January 2014 and they were delivered 7 days late and when they were delivered of the couches was dirty and we called the consulted he told us he gave us a couch was the one on display on the shop floor, a point he did not state when we bought the lounge suite, 2 days later we found that another couch is broken and when we told him he told us it was factory fault and the factory will collect them so that they can be fixed its been almost week and they have not contacted me. I also spoke to a Happy from head office almost two weeks ago and they have not responded and when ever I call the consultant to enquire on any progress he has a bad attitude
