Iam writing on behalf of my aunt that had to send her sheet back for assessment and was recieved the 22/01/2014.She called in today and spoke to Micheal which she gave her ID number and he just said nice, wonderful, amazing and dropped the call. Like really whats happening in your call centre your consultants are rude. I also experienced the same last week. My aunt needs feedback on this A.S.A.P
