On Saturday i called greyhound call centre on 0116118000 and spoke to Sandra, i made a booking for my aunt to travel to Durban with their citiliner carrier and when they asked the method of payment i said i'll pay with my edgars account. i gave her all the info she asked for in order to secure a booking. She confirmed that she will call me back once the payment is successful. I was so impressed when she called me back 10 minutes later at about 11:44 to say that the payment was successful and when i asked for a reference number she said it's my ID number and my edgars acc number... then the nightmare started when i arrived at their pretoria station on Sunday to drop of my aunt, i was told that my booking is cancelled. How the do they cancel a booking without notifying me, who gave them the right and consent to cancel the booking. i was so frustated and even the puppets that worked at the offices on sunday were'nt interested in resolving my issue. i had to drive all the way to Jhb in order for us to get some transport to Durban. It's good that i'm familiar with the Consumer Protection Act. If this mess isn't resolved within 48hrs i will definitely take this matter up furthe
