Battle half won, there's hope!

NMG responded! I have been pleasantly supprised by a Mr Raj Pillay from NMG. It is so refreshing to find someone who actually does what they've promised. I've posted 2 hello peter complaints regarding my 2 aunts that were not getting service from NMG. I am pleased to say that my aunt with the estate late issue has been sorted out and it's all thanks to Mr Pillay. I almost lost my aunt as things were so bad and she was even considering taking her own life and joining her husband! This woman used to the jolliest person in our family, but lately it was as if her inner glow had been brutally murdered. I hope to see her get back to the jolly aunt I grew up around as her husband ensured she lacked for nothing when he was alive. Once again Raj thank you! I hope the effeciency and feedback you gave to my aunt can be extended to others including my 2nd aunt. I hope your staff can learn to put themselves in their client's shoes. For a family that can hardly afford a loaf of bread, its so difficult to take that last money and make calls to people who avoid your calls and never return calls. "Batho Pele" is a concept understood by Raj Pillay
