So mad!!!

I went to Jet stores to pay my fiance Edgars accunt, i decided to buy some warm clothes for my sister's baby, after i already paid the account and the transaction went through the lady at the back said who's card it is, i told her it is my fiances card.
I do understand there is a procedure to go through but why does Melta need to make me feellike i am steeling? infront of so many customers, why couldn't she talked softer and took me to an office? But she rather made me a theift infront of the customers. She called my fiance and he gave her permission to let the transaction go through.
Jet stores will never see me again. There is ways to handle a situation and if she doesnt know how to why the is she working with the public???
