8 Months ago my wife went to Edgars in Tokai to buy clothes and was told its the new law and she must Fica her cards. I went with her and we had all our documents and they updated everything. 2 Months later she went to go buy again and was told she had to fica and she told them we already did but the lady at the counter said it doesnt show on their records. I went in again with her and i sat on the phone at Edgars stores in Tokai and they fixed everything and we could buy again. 3 months later she went to Jet stores with her Edgars card and she was told that Edgars had block her card and off the Edgars she goes and she was told she had to Fica. I went with her and for some reason her card was blocked and they gave us 2 new cards and updated all our details and we could buy again. Yesterday i got a letter in the post saying we have to Fica or they will block our cards. I spoke to their customer service and she told me there was a problem and she said i have to email all my details to fica [Email Removed] I told her there was a *&%#$@ problem but it is not with me it is thepeople working at Edgars who cant do there jobs.
