Hello
My name is Melusi Ncongwane. I am a media student and have a lot of videos, projects and PSA's to shoot. On the 20-12-12 I bought a video camera from Hi-fi Corp because I thought they were a reputable and trustworthy branch. I signed a warranty agreement stating that should within a particular time, something should go wrong with the product, they will be able to fix it for me. Lo and behold the video camera gave me problems. I took it back to them last year November (11-2013) hoping that they could assist me.
They have been giving me the run around since then and until today I still do not have a fixed video camera. They are always giving me excuses that the suppliers weren't able to assist them. I understand that these things take time and that I should be patient. I have been patient and they just don't seem to be attending to my problem. I asked them to either refund me or replace the product, and they are telling me that they cannot. As a paying customer, I should be treated with respect and my problem should be attended to. They are very patronizing and don't take this matter seriously.
Please, please help me as I need this camera for work and school.
