BAD SERVICE FROM RAGE CHRIS HANI CROSSING

We bought a pair of shoes and they are not comfortable, the toes stick out because of a big hole on the front. The till slip advises that the goods can be returned within 7 days and when we did that we were not given any time of day. Masechaba called her "Manager" whom she said she must not take 'em back.
