MISSED CALLS!!!

Why oh WHY does your Call Centre call my number repeatedly, but NOT ANSWER WHEN I PICK UP THE PHONE!!! And when I call back I get a busy tone!!! I have a friend with a son on the street who we are all trying to help. We get calls from him from CT numbers and then call him back. When we cannot get hold of him it causes panic amongst the family. STOP this!!! Or talk to a person if you call them. And educate your call centre people to be polite and respectful while you are about it. This is disgusting!!!
