Harassment from Incompotent Call Centre

Every single day for the past 3 / 4 weeks I have the displeasure of getting a minimum of 4 calls on my phone from the African Bank's call centre. Leaving a message for a person unknown to me. When I am able to answer the call, I explain each and everytime that they are calling on a wrong number.

Each and everytime they call again, to the same number, asking for the same person with NO ability to transfer me to a supervisor that can actually help me to resolve this harassment issues. I have been told on more than one occasion that they have updated the system and I will not be contacted again.

Guess what? Next day minimum of 4 missed called, messages for a person unknown to me YET AGAIN ON MY PHONE!!!

I want this harassment to stop and the incompetent call centre of AFRICAN BANK to stop phoning someone unknown to me ON MY PHONE ON A DAILY BLINKING BASIS!!!
