Bad Attitude from staff

I am so irritated with Shoprite staff, i went to Boulders Shopping Centre and bought grocery at shoprite, as i was on the queue there was a lady who works at the shop, she was paying her stuff and all of a sudden about 3 more employees kept bringing things for her to pay and they did not even ask me about it, im soo irritated that i had to ask what was going on and a man responded in his language (which i didnt even understand and his tone was very rude) and just gave the women his bread and made a payment, i couldnt get their names as they were not wearing their name tags but had their uniforms on. Why should a customer be treated like that? No one visists the grocer shops to wait for staff members to treat us like that. Im very dissapointed and even the cashier is at fauld for continuing transactions that kept coming along while a customer is waiting on the queue, and they all kept giving me a look that i couldnt understand. The cashier's name is Jamela and was being assisted by Shirley. I hope this matter will be attended to.
