Why does ITC keep on calling me?

Why does ITC keep on calling me while i have already paid the R153, 00? This is my second time complaining, today i received a call from ITC saying i have to pay R403, 00 which i am owing multichoice, and i do not know anything about owing multichoice that amount of money. Where is it coming from? It's for what? When? I really need to know what it's for because last month i paid REALLY!!! So which means i am always owing multichoice even though i am paying.
