Great Salesman with no support

Dear Coricraft
I want to compliment Leon Lochner on his good service and support but somehow he don't get any support from his company...
We purchase a bed an headboard on 04 January 2014 and still no delivery... The rain was to blame at some time but still no delivery...
As volunteer workers we leave the country on Saturday 08 Feb 2014 will it be deliver in time...?... I need a answer asap...
Is it just ignorance or arrogance...?...I saw e-mails that Leon send and explain the urgency of this matter and still he don't get any support from his company...
