Poor service

Coricraft is a nightmare to do business with.
Calls are never returned, promises are not kept.
They expect customers to free half a day for their delivery, but can't return phone calls
And their service is simply to put you on hold or to pass blame to the delivery company, when my purchase/contract is only with Coricraft.
And worst of all, it is around their convenience, and a customer must fight for his convenience
Ryno has tried to assist, but Penny (listed on website has still not returned my call)
I am very unimpressed with the overall experience.
