I BOUGHT 3 FANS IN DECEMBER.
2 WERE FAULTY
I WAITED UP UNTILL YESTERDAY (4 FEBRUARY 2013) FOR THEM JUST TO COLLECT ONE OF THE FAULTY FANS)
ONE OF THE FAULTY FANS I'VE SENT IN MYSELF FOR REPAIRS BECAUSE I COULDN'T WAIT ANY LONGER.
AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED I DIDN'T RECIEVE MY FULL ORDER YET SO THE 30 DAYS FROM RECIEVING YOUR ORDER DOESN'T COUNT YET BECAUSE IT WILL ONLY START FROM WHEN THEY GET THE ORDER RIGHT...
I'M TIRED OF WAISTING MY MONEY PHONING HOMECHOICE.
THEY CANT GIVE ME A SETTLEMENT AMOUNT BECAUSE I'M RETURNING AN ITEM.
I CAN'T PAY THE CASH AMOUNT OF R399.00 PER FAN BECAUSE THEY SAY I HAD IT FOR LONGER THAN 30 DAYS SO IT MUST GO ON CREDIT SO NOU I HAVE TO PAY AN EXTRA INITIATION FEE OF 59.85 PER FAN PLUS FINANCE CHARGES OF R110.39 PER FAN.
THE CALL CENTRE PEOPLE DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT I'M TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO THEM OR I GET CUT OF.
I'M SICK OF HOMECHOICE.
LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS, HORRIBLE SERVICE.
I COULD HAVE GONE TO CLICKS AND BOUGHT FANS THERE AND I WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO ACTUALLY USE THEM THIS SUMMER STILL. NOW IT'S ALMOST MIDDLE FEBRUARY SO I PROBABLY HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL NEXT SUMMER TO USE THIS FANS.
