We bought 6 fans from Zebbies 7 years ago. In the last 4 months 2 fans fell from the ceiling as the bracket had worn out. Without hesitation Steven arranged for his guys to come to Richards Bay and fix the problem. The 2 broken fans were fixed and the other four were inspected and different brackets installed to ensure the same problem didn't happen.
I am amazed at this level of customer service after all these years. I had great service from Vanessa previously at this company about 5 years ago and they obviously make customer service a top priority.
