Damaged Fans

I bought 2 x Ceiling Fans at Builders Warehouse Sunninghill, R1, 400 each and total spend on the day exceeded R6, 000. I called an installation company to install both the fans and extend the power cables to a different point in the ceilings. After the installation was completed, the lights didn't work and seemed second hand. I then returned the damaged fan and builders replaced it without any hassle. I then contacted the installation company again to assist with the new installation. The bill came to R1, 300 for the whole set up. The next day the new fan started to make noises inside the mechanism and the blades where running weak. To remove and install the fan again would result in a R600 expense which at this stage seems unreasonable. The quality of the products sold are terrible, which I explained to the divisional manager. I requested someone to come out and check the product for faults as I stay 3km away from the store. Today they called back to say sorry, but they don't assist with after sales service and nor does the supplier. I'm stuck with a product that is resulting in a very expensive exercise which will be returned this coming weekend.
