Incredible Connection
It took 2 weeks but I got my printer back

In March this year I bought Canon printer MP 230 from Incredible connection Eastgate branch. Everything was fine for couple of months, and printer started printing funny colours. I performed cleaning and deep cleaning but nothing improved. Beginning of October I went back to Eastgate branch, where I bought it and handed in for repairs. About 2 weeks later I received call from the branch to come and collect my printer. When I arrived home I discovered that in the box was brand new printer. Installed it quickly and and it is working perfectly. So, I guess my compliment goes to Incredible Connection as well as Canon South Africa... Well done guys, I am one happy customer.
